Luke Herbig
ATTORNEY AT LAW
I am Luke Herbig, and I joined Gregory A. Richards, P.C. in January of 2025. My practice focuses primarily on business and real estate transactions, but I also assist clients with business planning, company formation, contract review and negotiation, and various other transactional matters.
My Story
I graduated from Texas Tech University in the spring of 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Land Management. Soon after, I returned to the Texas Tech University School of Law, where I graduated in May of 2023.
After receiving my law degree, I worked for a mid-sized law firm in my hometown of Midland, Texas, primarily representing oil and gas companies in contract negotiations and corporate transactions.
Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time at my family’s ranch. I am very excited and honored to be able to build a practice here and work with the wonderful people of the Hill Country!
